3. Submission Guidelines
The journal accepts Chinese manuscripts year-round and warmly welcomes submissions from scholars worldwide.

Manuscript Requirements: Submissions must be original, unpublished academic research results with academic innovation and normative rigor.

Submission Materials: Please provide the following complete information:

Chinese and English titles, author names, affiliations, and contact addresses

Chinese and English abstracts (within 300 words) and 3–5 keywords

Brief biography of the first author (including name, title, research interests, and valid contact information)
